What is your typical process when working with a new patient using hypnotherapy?

Your session is all about you! I want to know everything you want me to know about your issue before we get started. We’ll build in your suggestions for change together for maximum effect when they are delivered back to you in the hypnotherapy session.

How many sessions will it take?

How many sessions are you willing to let it take? How motivated are you? Hypnotherapy works best on goals that involve behavior modification. Especially those behaviors that you really want to change.

Hypnotherapy is not a guaranteed cure for anything. Big things are possible with just one session. Reinforcement with follow-up sessions is recommended. Your results are proportionate to your passion to make the change. You must be absolutely willing to participate in the process.

How much is an initial phone consultation?

Initial consultations can be set up and conducted by phone or virtually. These consultations are usually 30 minutes and are free. This is an important part of the process. During the consultation, you are able to discuss your needs, get answers to any questions you may have.

What is the difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is the name of the therapeutic modality in which hypnosis is used. Hypnotherapy is practiced by a hypnotherapist who is a trained and certified professional. Hypnosis is defined as a harmless trance state characterized by very deep relaxation, highly focused attention and an extreme openness to suggestions which are positive and foster permanent therapeutic changes.
